Most projects start with a two week Sprint: a clickable prototype, a written scope and an estimate. A Build follows with a fixed scope paid by milestone, and a Partner arrangement keeps the same team on it every month.

Common questions
Which models do you use?
The one the job needs, chosen for accuracy, cost and where the data may travel. Hosted models when they fit, open models on your own infrastructure when the data must stay with you.
Will it answer from our own documents?
Yes. The assistant reads your content and cites it, and it says when it does not know rather than inventing an answer.
How do we know it works?
We agree on a test set before we build, real questions with known answers, and we measure against it before and after launch.
Does it work in Arabic?
It has to. We test in Arabic first, including dialect and mixed Arabic and English, because that is how people write.
What does it cost to run?
Model calls are metered, so we design for the fewest calls that do the job and show you the running cost before launch.
